It's a great daily face soap and I've nearly used it completely up.

I was given one to review but I would not attest to it's benefits without fully trying it first. I can definitely say it is one I could always have on hand. Having acne prone, oily skin, while being late 20ish (ok30) is quite embarrassing but after using this I can tell it is helping to balance it out overall. I did not know that you are not supposed to have too much HCA!

I just assumed you should go for the highest level of one. Well, apparently a lower percentage works just as well.
