I had never understood the use for these until I received them. I thought they just went into a cupcake pan and were reusable. Come to find out, you can put them on any pan, including a flat sheet pan, and they work well.

They were easy to clean and I didn't have to worry about trying to fit a cupcake pan into the dishwasher. Cute colors, and it made it very fun to cook dessert with my little ones!

These came at a great time! I am now (being forced) into a gluten-free and dairy free lifestyle. So I have many new recipes to check out and have lots more to do with these in the future! I definitely want to make something I can freeze and have for later. It will be so great to just pull one out as I need it!

And that is exactly how I intend to use it!

When it first arrived, I opened it up and smoothed some onto my dry skin. It instantly felt better. This stuff is like magic butter-it's in all the most moisturizing of lip butters, lotions, and soaps and there is nothing better than saving a few dollars to make your own, am I right?

I already have coconut butter, olive oil, and fragrance (thank you Scentsy!) on hand to start with my first recipe-which is the ultimate chapstick...the only thing that will moisturize the dryest of lips. I don't know about you, but I have heard a lot of hype about tea tree oil. Yet aside from seeing it in shampoo, I really couldn't have told you a thing about the stuff.

I received it quickly & digitally so I read through and was happy to see that I already had many of the ingredients at home to make some of this stuff. There's a lot you can do with the oil and now all that was left was to wait for it to arrive.

Luckily, it didn't take long.

The packaging on this is adorable. I love how vintage and classic it looks. I don't even mind leaving it out on a shelf in the bathroom because it just has this nostalgic quality that makes you realize you are using an ingredient that has been around for years and hey, our ancestors knew what they were doing!



So far, I have mixed it with my face wash and am quite pleased with the results. It left my face smooth and fresh feeling. It doesn't take much and the size of the bottle is great. It says it should last well over a year and I am excited to see what else I can do with this. The recipe guide is quite handy!

I'm still learning how to use it. Flea spray, facial and cleaning products are at the top of my list of recipes to use this in. Do you have any suggestions or favorite uses?
