I do love a good cleanse. I am not someone who is strictly rigid about my diet. Between shuffling the kids around, responsibilities, errands, family events, and just plain living in the dang country I can't avoid carbs and easy delicious foods that are bad for me!
My kid loves ice cream every night. What'm'I supposed to do, not eat some with him? This is family bonding time, people.
